Quality systems
ASSET WEHOLITE is a quality assured product to BS EN ISO 9000 : 2000, Certificate No. FM 12306.
Raw materials are supplied against precise specifications for WEHOLITE
determined by KWH Pipe Limited. Every delivery of the high quality HDPE
is supplied with material test certificate stating MFI and Density.
In-process quality control:
• Measurement of profile weight
• Weld tensile tests
• Ring stiffness to ISO 9969
Electronic equipment built into the manufacturing line continuously monitors and adjusts extrusion parameters every two hours.
Finished pipe is also subject to regular in house
and external testing to ensure compliance with
specification. All the data is recorded on QC
documentation for traceability.
Destructive tests and / or pressure tests can be carried out if required.
